CellC connectivity difficulty

Dear Valued Client,


Please note that we are aware of the connectivity issue with the SMSC, which is affecting SMS transactions through the CellC network operator.

We are currently working on fixing the issue with CellC, and we will provide an update once resolved.

Furthermore on the previous SMSC connectivity issue

The connectivity issue was caused by an unannounced work change from the Network operator CellC, in which SMS transactions normalised around 3am on the 7th July 2015.
