We are aware of technical difficulties been experienced on the Vodacom network.


We have raised a ticket with their technical teams who are investigating the problem.

All Vodacom connections have recovered and all traffic queues have cleared out.


We are continuing to monitor the situation with Vodacom as they are still in the process of testing the connections for stability.

Further to previous post:


The source of the fault has been identified as a fault between Vodacom and the ISP hosting solution. This fault is related to the technical difficulties experienced on Sunday 2nd August,


Vodacom and ISP technical teams are working on the problem and we will provide an additional update as soon as more information becomes available.


We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused.
